My painting for this amazing book!!! 5 plus stars. My fav of 2021. I lived on a reservation and I found this book to be very compelling the characters very believable. I loved it and the portrayal of Oiibwa/ Annisinabe lands were accurate, beautiful and filled with sorrow. I will use this book in Eastern Europe with advanced English speaking students. I recommend this to all ages!!! Meth reference. Lessons are learned!
